Flat egg pasta. Made in Italy. Handcrafted from a blend of durum wheat semolina, Type 00 flour and farm fresh eggs, just like fresh homemade pasta made in your own kitchen.
Tagliatelle goes well with cream sauces as well as fish and seafood. The porous texture allows the surface to readily absorb sauces.
