Aqua-cultured in the reserve forests of mountainous Georgia with water drawn from the Rioni River as well as a network of artesian wells within the Cochis Valley, these sturgeon produce predominantly gray and brown eggs with soft, nutty flavors, amazing texture and mild creaminess.
